Square One makes a splash with the relaunch of Thames Water's customer magazine.

Thames Water, the world's third largest water provider, has appointed contract publishing agency Square One Group to re-launch its customer magazine, New Wave. The first issue dropped through customers' letterboxes in October.

The 36-page lifestyle magazine will be mailed three times a year to a segmented database of 250,000 customers. New Wave will act as Thames Water's brand champion, reflecting the company's values, enhancing customer relations and encouraging cross-sell.

The feature-packed magazine contains articles aimed at helping Thames Water customers make the most of their homes and free time. Regular articles include home makeover ideas, gardening tips, competitions and offers, plus fascinating features relating to the environment and local activities.
